Ananya is a research assistant with the Center on Transnational Business and the Law. She is specializing in International Business and Economic law with an arbitration certificate, as a merit scholar at Georgetown this fall. She is also an Event Co-Organizer for the Georgetown International Arbitration Society (GIAS). Prior to Georgetown, Ananya has worked for over 7 years, first as a corporate lawyer in structured finance, private equity and real estate, and then as a disputes lawyer focused on insolvency and arbitration (primarily domestic ad hoc arbitrations) at a tier-I law firm in India.

Bruna Santos

Bruna Santosis Director at the Wilson Center Brazil Institute. Before joining the Brazil Institute, she served as Vice-President and Innovation Director at the National School of Public Administration in Brazil (Enap), the leading school of government in the country. Previously, she was a Director at Comunitas', a civil society organization of public interest created in 2000, dedicated to promoting social development in Brazil. From 2010 to 2013, she worked and lived in Beijing, China, where she worked as a Market Analyst at Chinatex Grains & Oils and co-founded Radar China, a public relations firm. Bruna is a member of the global network of Eisenhower Fellows and has served as an adjunct professor at Columbia University at Columbia University's EMPA Global. Bruna was honored by Apolitical and the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council (GFC) on Agile Governance as one of the 50 most influential leaders championing innovation in policymaking. Bruna holds a Master's in Public Administration from Columbia University (USA) and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.

Gustavo Dallazem Dalbosco

Gustavo Dallazem Dalbosco is a Brazilian-qualified lawyer with a master's degree in Civil Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP) with research thesis on Arbitration. He is currently pursuing an LL.M. at Georgetown Law with a merit scholarship, where he is also pursuing a Certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. Gustavo has 10 years of experience providing legal assistance in a wide range of disputes and corporate matters in Brazil. He currently acts as Communications Coordinator at the Georgetown International Arbitration Society (GIAS). Gustavo is also an LL.M. advisor at Georgetown’s Journal of International Law (GJIL), reviewing traditional journal articles for publication. He is admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association.

Kailan Chen is an LL.M. candidate at the Georgetown University Law Center,specializing in the International Business and Economic Law program. She is qualified to practice law in China and obtained her undergraduate degreein law from Shenzhen University, Shenzhen. She has a broad interest in subject matters such as cross-border transactions, capital markets, and corporate matters. Prior to her LL.M. study, she interned with Dentons law firm, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, and China Securities Co., Ltd. She is also an active participant in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, a competition focused on the CISG. She was an oralist in the 20th Vis East Moot and is now the coach in the 21stVis East Moot. Additionally, she wrote a thesis titled‘The Applicability of the CISG to UAV Sales Contracts’.
