Alexandra leads public policy in the Americas and emerging markets at YouTube. She previously held government affairs roles at Tesla and CSRA, in addition to senior posts in legislative affairs for both the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi. Alexandra Veitch is a senior government relations professional with over 15 years experience at high levels of federal policymaking, including serving as Special Assistant to President Obama at the White House from 2015 to 2017. She holds a Bachelor degree (cum laude) in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University and a Master’s degree in International Studies from the University of Sydney.

Director of Amazon Web Series (AWS). She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from Miami University, and a master’s degree in International Business, Trade and Commerce and International Relations and Affairs from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School.

Business Law, Trade, Competition and Compliance, Amanda has a PhD in Business Law from the São Paulo University (USP), BA in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), BA in Business Administration in the UNA Centre. International student in the Université Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne. Author of books, several papers and book chapters in the area of Business Law, Competition, International Trade, Compliance, Immunity/Leniency Agreements, Trade Remedies and Public Interest, Anticorruption. From 2019 to april 2022 she was the Undersecretary of Trade Remedies and Public Interest of the Secretariat of Foreing Affairs of the Ministry of Economy in Brazil.
Daniel Castro

Daniel Castro is vice president at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF) and director of ITIF's Center for Data Innovation. Castro writes and speaks on a variety of issues related to information technology and internet policy. His work has been quoted and cited in numerous media outlets, including The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, NPR, USA Today, Bloomberg News, and Bloomberg Businessweek. In 2013, Castro was named to FedScoop’s list of the “top 25 most influential people under 40 in government and tech.” In 2015, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker appointed Castro to the Commerce Data Advisory Council. He has a B.S. in foreign service from Georgetown University and an M.S. in information security technology and management from Carnegie Mellon University.
